• Floors: Villa 4737 occupies two floors, ground Floor: Main entrance, living room, indoor dining area, twobedrooms, kitchen, outdoor dining area with a BBQ station, andswimming pool. Second Floor: Three bedrooms, including the master bedroom.
• Capacity: The entire villa can accommodate 10 guests.
• Living Areas: The main communal space is an air-conditioned living area that is conveniently located next to the dining area with an open kitchen. There’s also an alfresco dining area with BBQ facilities and a seating area by the pool.
• Pool: The infinity pool measures 15m x 4m x 1.5m; There are ten sunbeds and two pool umbrellas; Pool towels are provided.
• Dining: On-request chef (at extra cost) is experienced in cooking Western, Thai and Asian cuisine, as well as vegetarian and children’s dishes. Special requests can be accommodated, including strict diets. All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) can be arranged in advance. We also provide a chef shopping service and a pre-arrival shopping service with the rates: grocery bill + 40% handling fee (subject to 7% VAT). Provisioning is to be paid by cash on site or by credit card (subject to surcharge up to 3%). A curated selection of wines and spirits is also available. The list can be provided in advance.
• Kitchen: Oven, refrigerator, Illy coffee machine, ice maker, toaster, microwave, wine fridge, electric kettle, electric stove, water dispenser as well asessential cooking tools, cutlery and glasses.
• Dining Areas: The main indoor dining area has a rectangular dining table that canseat 10 people. The outdoor dining area can also seat 10 guests.
• Wellness: Guests staying at the villa are welcome to utilize the spa room with massage beds for relaxation. The spacious garden provides a serene setting for practicing yoga, and yoga lessons can also be arranged at an extra charge.
• Entertainment: High-speed WiFi throughout and a 55-inch Smart TV, local andinternational channels, LG and Panasonic sound system. A kayak isavailable for guests' use.
• Other facilities: The villa features a fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and universal adapter.
