BLOGGERS! WIN A LUXURY ESCAPE WITH VILLA GETAWAYS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form conditions of entry.
2. Entry is open to anyone over the age of 18. Entries are open to anyone in the world who owns a personal blog or travel website.
3. Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Competition commences on Thursday 21th of January 2015 at 00:01 (GMT) and closes on Thursday 14th May 2016 23:59 (GMT).
5. Promotion will be via the Villa Getaways network. www.VillaGetaways.com
6. One major prize to be given away at the end of the competition. Prize Details: Flights; Two (2) return Economy Class airfares from a major city anywhere in the world to Phuket,Thailand. Seven (7) nights accommodation at a luxury villa valued at over $7,000 USD. Prize to include; airport transfers, continental breakfasts, car and driver, wifi, welcome massages and welcome drinks. TOTAL PRIZE VALUE: $10,000 USD.
7. The winner will be notified by telephone and email on May 31st 2016, and announced on social media.
8. To enter: Bloggers are to write 200 + words on a Villa Getaways destinaton from www.VillaGetaways.com. Entries to include one villa and a backlink to ww.villagetaways.com and include the words ‘Villa Getaways’ in the article.

11. Entries to be 100% original content. All entries will be cross checked.
12. Entries should include at least one photo and or video of the location selected.
13. The entry that is judged the most informative, exciting and interesting will be deemed the prize winner.
14. The judge’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
15. The prizewinners stay will be on a date to be decided in 2016. Travel must be completed by the prize winner and their travel companion on the dates specified by Villa Getaways Ltd.
16. A valid passport is required for all international journeys and necessary travel documents are the responsibility of the prize winner and travelling companion. The promoter strongly recommends that the winner and travelling companion purchase travel insurance.
17. No changes can be made once tickets are issued. Any taxes, surcharges and fees imposed by foreign governments and/or authorities on departing or arriving passengers are payable by the passengers if not included in air travel price at the time of ticket issuance.
18. The winner may invite friends and/or family to stay free of charge provided the invitees cover all their own travel and other costs at the Villa during their stay (total number of guests cannot exceed the sleeping capacity set by the Villa owner).
19. Should the prize winner reside outside of a major city, it will be the prize winner’s expense to travel to the closest major city to catch their flight to Thailand.
20. Tickets will not be exchangeable in any manner for any other goods or services whatsoever. Tickets are non-refundable either in part or in whole and not transferable to any persons other than those named upon the tickets and specified by Villa Getaways LTD.
21. Additional meals, Villa bar tabs, accommodation expenses apart from that specified as the prize, spending money, taxes, airport taxes and levies, travel insurance and all other ancillary costs associated with accepting the prize, are the responsibility of the prize winner.
22. The promoter may conduct a runner up at the same time and place as the original winner as necessary, in order to distribute a prize if the prize is unclaimed by the first choice recipient before the date specified (23rd of April 2016). The winner will be notified by email and published on Villa Getaways social networks.
23. The purchase of tickets for conjunction travel for any side trips on other carriers and the payment of any taxes or levies in respect of those tickets will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
24. The promoter reserves the right to refuse to allow a winner to take part in any or all aspects of the prize, if the promoter determines, in their absolute discretion, that a winner is not in the mental or physical condition necessary to be able to safely participate in the prize. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the winner may be required to sign a legal release in a form determined by the promoter in its absolute discretion.
25. All entries will be entered into a database. The promoter may use the entrants' names, addresses and telephone numbers, and written content for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid unless otherwise advised by the entrant.
26. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the promoter, which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness or integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the promoter accepts no liability for these events and reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process.
27. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with any prize/s except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
28. The promoter is Villa Getaways Limited, P.O. BOX 33066 Takapuna, Auckland, New Zealand.
29. The promoter requires that the prizewinner be available at certain mutually agreeable times before, during and after their trip to Thailand to engage in interviews photo shoots or video shoots to promote Villa Getaways.
30. The promoter requires that the prizewinner blogs about their experience in Phuket whilst there and writes a review within 2 weeks of returning home, and that any social media engagement is to include the hashtag #TheGetawayLife, and tags@villagetaways.
