Villa 13840 is located on the upper part of the estate on an elevated site, with a fantastic view of the Indian Ocean. This beautiful villa on the estate of Belle Rivière in the South of Mauritius

Access to a beautiful beach on the turquoise lagoon at 200m from the villa via a private pathway. Villa has a big swimming pool and direct access to the neighbouring 5* hotel, thus giving you access to some of the hotel’s facilities, such as the beach, restaurants, bars and spa.

There is also a fully equipped studio with kind size bed in the basement, total 6 en-suite bedrooms. Each villa is independent, surrounded by a big tropical garden and the beach is stunning. A golf cart belonging to the villa is available for your transport on site.
