Villa 13821 is a spacious 3-bedroom house, located on hole 1 of the beautiful Anahita golf course, on the east coast of Mauritius. • Room 3 - Room, view of the garden. This bedroom has 1 double bed 190 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 washbasins, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe, dressing room.

Indoors

This air-conditioned villa offers beautiful, comfortable and well-equipped interiors. It is also elegantly decorated with works of art.
The house has 3 sumptuous bedrooms (with en-suite bathrooms), a fully equipped modern kitchen, a secondary kitchen, as well as large living areas that merge perfectly to the outdoor living space.
You will appreciate the large bay windows that maximise natural light.


Outdoors​

You can enjoy the beautiful tropical garden, the terrace (with blind and large dining table), as well as the beautiful mirror pool with overflow which has a staircase (9.5 x 5 m - Max depth: 1.8 m).


Staff & Services

Guest will have the services of a housekeeper from 08:00 to 13:00.
The price includes daily maid service, pool and garden maintenance, resort concierge service and pool towels.
For  breakfasts and meals, you can choose (with additional cost) one of the resort's restaurants or room service.
The villa also offers to its guests the possibility of optional services such as the services of a private chef for a special meal inspired by you, prepared in your kitchen and served by your dedicated waiter in the comfort and privacy of your villa (24 hours notice required for this service with minimum charges applicable).

The club is run by qualified nannies with recognised childcare qualifications and adheres to strict safety guidelines. Activities include kayaking, tennis sessions, trips to Ile aux Cerfs, snorkelling, a glass-bottom boat trip...
• A Teens Club : a dynamic and fun activity club for 13 to 18 year olds. The daily programme includes a wide range of outdoor activities from snorkelling, water-skiing and kayaking to friendly tennis matches, frisbee tournaments and trips to Ile aux Cerfs. Also available: indoor games and table tennis,
• A spa (partner with the French brand THÉMAÉ). The spa includes a reception with textured bar and tea veranda, 9 treatment rooms including 1 double room with private garden area, indoor and outdoor showers, women's changing rooms with steam room, men's changing rooms with steam room and manicure and pedicure room,
• A beach : this is the ideal place to sunbathe, with a breathtaking view of the ocean, bordered by an offshore coral reef. The beach service offers hot and cold refreshments and light snacks throughout the day,
• Two 18-hole championship golf courses: the resort offers the ultimate golfing experience. A golf cart is available at an additional cost and is mandatory all year round except from May to September.

- Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
- Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam
