• Room 1 -Master bedroom, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 200 cm. Bathroom private, with 2 wash basins, shower. This bedroom includes also air conditioning, safe.
• Room 2 - Room, view of the sea. This bedroom has 1 double bed 180 cm. Bathroom private, with shower, 1 wash basin. This bedroom includes also air conditioning.

Indoors

• This air-conditioned house of 170m2 can accommodate up to 4 people.
• It comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms, 3 toilets, an open-plan kitchen, a living & dining area and laundry facilities.

Outdoors​

• The villa takes place in a private compound in a privileged secluded & exclusive area.
• You will enjoy the charming terrace with heatable pool and the direct access to the beach.
• You will also have the chance to admire wonderful views of the sea and the 5 north islands.
• The property features a parking.

Staff & Services

• The price includes twice weekly cleaning, weekly garden maintenance, twice weekly pool cleaning and a concierge service.

• The villa is in a duplex building consisting of two villas.
• The second villa is sometimes occupied by the owners (mostly at weekends). The outside courtyard, as well as the beach, are common to both villas.
