Villa 1524 is nestled majestically amidst cliffside boulders in a sheltered Pacific cove on Puerto Vallarta's exclusive south shore, represents one of this coast's most spectacular examples of contemporary "new palapa" architecture.

An 8,000 square foot oceanfront luxury villa, the villa was inspired by the Mexican Pacific Coast architectural style that originated in nearby Careyes and has been made famous by renowned Mexican architects. This new palapa style emphasizes a sensual blending of local colors, textures, and materials in a manner that renders the Villa an integral part of its environmental surroundings.
Life at the villa is nature. Ocean waves spill over massive boulders beneath one's feet, brightly colored parrots and parakeets serenade from the mountainside jungle that is the front door, and (to adopt the romantic phrasing of the travel writer) a soothing tropical sun warms a visitor's body while soft Pacific breezes gently caress one's soul.

The Villa comes with a chef, houseman, housekeeper and caretaker who will always greet you with smiles as warm as the Mexican sunshine. The staff is managed by Angela Sanchez, who will greet you upon your arrival and make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.
