Villa 13827, on the North-Eastern coast of Mauritius, is part of a set of 2 spacious coastal villas with private terraces overlooking beautiful enclosed gardens with exotic plants and lush lawns. Architecture and landscaping have been designed for the perfect combination of both indoor and outdoor living. Each villa is composed of two floors: the ground floor leading onto the gardens and private swimming pool.

This villa 13827 is part of the villa complex with total of 8 villas, where villas has direct access to white sandy beach, the wide lagoon, with its various islets nearby, provides a sheltered zone for various types of marine activities.

Villa located not far from the three acclaimed golf courses of the Eastern Coast, the village of Roches Noires is only 15 kilometres away from Grand Baie, the “Northern Riviera” known for its luxury shops, restaurants, clubs and marina. The world-renowned Pamplemousses Garden is less than a half-hour drive from your residence and you can reach the City of Port Louis in less than one hour.

  • The housekeeper works from 09:00 to 13:30 except on Sundays and holidays.
  • For evening or lunch meals, an additional 10 euros must be paid for preparation (to be paid on site on the day).
  • For all other requests, an additional charge of 10 euros per hour applies.
  • Additional meals can be arranged: 2-4 people: 400 rupees / 4-6 people: 600 rupees.
  • For shopping, cab costs (around 900 rupees) must to be paid.
