This beautiful villa on the estate of Belle Rivière in the South of Mauritius offers 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, a big swimming pool and direct access to the neighbouring 5* hotel, thus giving you access to some of the hotel’s facilities, such as the beach, spa, restaurants. Each villa is independent, surrounded by a big tropical garden and the beach is stunning. You can access the beach via a 200 m long, private pathway. A golf cart belonging to the villa is available for your transport on site.

The villa  is located in the beautiful Belle Rivière estate, between the two small villages of Bel-Ombre and Chemin-Grenier in the South of Mauritius. Being on the same property as a 5* hotel, this superb house with sea view, also offers its guests the possibility to have access to some of the hotel's facilities such as the beach, the restaurant and the Spa. Accommodating up to 12 people (10 adults and 2 children), this villa represents the perfect place for an idyllic holiday in Mauritius.

This 400 square house has very pleasant interiors.
Guests will enjoy the comfortable living room, the dining room and the fully equipped kitchen.
The villa offers six beautiful air-conditioned bedrooms (five with double beds and one with two single beds) and five bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodating ten adults and two children.

Outdoors​
The property has a beautiful tropical garden of 3,000 square metres.
Guests can also enjoy the pool and the large terrace surrounding it, with a cosy seating area.
Access to the beach is only 200 metres from the house and a golf cart is available for guests to easily move between the beach, the hotel and the villa.

Staff & Services

The price includes daily housekeeping (daily maid service until 3pm), final housekeeping, golf cart, concierge service, arrival kit, access to two tennis courts, and access to the hotel's beach and pool.
In addition, guests will receive a 10% discount on the hotel's restaurants and bars and discounts on the spa (20% from 9am to 1pm and 10% after 1pm).
The villa also offers its guests the possibility of additional services (on request), such as chef services at home, massages at home, services of a driver, baby-sitting, various water activities, access to the hotel's gym and Kids Villa, provision of tennis equipment (rackets and balls)...

The property is ideally located in a magnificent domain of about thirty villas, in the south of Mauritius, between Bel Ombre and Chemin Grenier.
Travellers will be only 200 metres from the sea, 3 kilometres from the nearest village and 15 minutes from Le Morne.
They can easily access to a multitude of activities : golf, water sports, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, kite surfing, sailing, tennis, swimming with dolphins in the open sea, a day on an island with barbecue/lunch on the beach...
