• Refundable Security Deposit: A security deposit of 20,000 baht is required upon arrival.This deposit is fully refundable, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property at checkout

• Durian fruit is not allowed on the premises
• Disposal of paper towels in the toilet bowl incurs a charge of 5,000 baht.
