Luxury villa with private swimming pool and jacuzzi in Sai Taan Villas, near Bang Tao Beach, Phuket.

Master bedroom has king size bed with ensuite and study, guest suite has a queen size bed with ensuite and study/dressing room, twin ensuite bedroom, garden suite has queen size bed with double sofa bed and ensuite bathroom. Annexe fifth bedroom has king size bed and is also ensuite. 

The  was completed in June 2008. American style kitchen with all modern conveniences. Outdoor sala and bar area. All rooms are overlooking the  swimming pool and garden. The villa with teak ceilings, french doors overlooking the pool and jacuzzi. The villa plot size is 1000 square metros.

Housekeeping services provided Monday to Friday 3 hours per day. Personal laundry not included. The villa maid is able to prepare meal which is not part of her normal duties, but if she is willing and available is happy to prepare meals (thai cuisine) occasionally for guests for the agreed rate.

The rate is for 8 people sleeping in the villa inclusive daily breakfast. If guest would like to stay with 10 people in total, additional charge for the 2 extra people is applied.

Family with children is very welcome in this villa, there is one baby cot available that can be used. If client need more cot, it can be arranged at client's cost.

For long stay client (over 2 months)utilitis are not included in the rate. It will be calculated based on consumption.

Location

The villa  is part of the internationally renowned luxury Sai Taan development and set on a quiet road , one minute from the entrance to the 5 star Laguna Resort complex and twenty minutes from the Phuket International airport.

Both Bang Tao Bay’s 7 Km pristine beach and several renowned seafood restaurants and the Laguna Phuket golf course host of the Thailand Open in 2009 are five minutes away.
