This stunning contemporary Phuket Villa is perched at the top of the estate and enjoys panoramic sea views across Nakalay Bay and the sparkling Andaman Sea beyond. The well designed layout provides a wide choice of indoor and outdoor areas offering space and privacy for all guests.

The main entrance leads into the spacious living room where huge glass windows frame the picture postcard views. Retractable floor to ceiling doors open out to the divine infinity edge pool and a large sundeck with cushioned sun loungers inviting you to rest and relax. A path in the corner leads through the foliage to an outdoor sala pavilion providing a viewing platform and secluded space to retreat to.

This sophisticated residence features minimalist styling and sleek design living spaces complemented with plush furnishings and tasteful Asian artwork. A modern, well equipped open plan kitchen enjoys a full length dining bar along with alfresco dining options including an outdoor formal dining table and a more casual lounge area.

Bedroom configurations can be varied to cater to guests needs including groups of families or friends staying together at the villa. There are four bedrooms on the lower level and one located on the upper entrance level. Private terraces, waterfall showers and bathtubs are features in the bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms.

The villa has a lovely ambient feel providing tranquil secluded spaces for all to enjoy and is very conducive to gatherings of family and group events. There is table tennis available near the swimming pool which is set within the lovely tropical surrounds, and a private media cinema room features a large projection TV for guests entertainment.

There are two discreet live-in staff at the villa comprising of one chef and a housekeeper to take care of all your needs. A team at the estate front office also provides a villa concierge to organize any tours or customized vacation requirements.

Staff

• Chef – Resident chef is an expert with Thai food. Broadly skilled also with western, Chinese, and Indian cuisine. Doubles as a second housekeeper when not in the kitchen.
• HouseKeeper – Resident housekeeper doubles as a sous-chef at meal-time.
• Villa Conciege – On-site villa concierge speaks fluent English. She can assist with home spa treatments, island excursions, transportation needs, golf bookings, and other personalized requests.
