Phuket Villa 4303

This 6/7 bedroom luxury family villa is located on Phuket’s southwestern tip and offers 600 sqm of indoor and outdoor living. It is situated within a private development in a peaceful valley with tropical jungle and valley views and provides a tranquil environment ideal for groups of family or friends holidaying together. The villa is 3 minutes drive or easy walking distance to beautiful Nai Harn Beach.

There are 6 sumptuous air-conditioned bedrooms all with ensuites and an optional maid’s room or 7th bedroom. Crisp white cotton bed linen is provided. The bedrooms are set over two levels and provide 4 king-sized beds, 2 single beds in 1 room and another room with queen/single bunk bed as well as a maids room, altogether accommodating 12+ guests.

The master bedroom suite is upstairs and has a king-sized bed, wall safe, walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom with shower and large oval bath. Sliding doors lead to a private balcony with tropical jungle views. There is also a second twin bedroom close by ideal for children needing to be near parents.

The remaining bedrooms are on the lower level with 3 bedrooms having king-sized beds, ensuite bathrooms with showers or baths, and sliding doors leading to the sun terrace and private pool. Bedroom 6 comes with a queen-size bed with a single bunk bed above and the extra guest or maids bedroom has a single bed and ensuite bathroom.

There is also a large games room complete with a dartboard, pool table and home gym equipment including a cross trainer and running machine. Also on this level is a second living room ideal for children with a 50” TV, Cable TV and DVD player.

The main living room upstairs provides ample seating where you can relax in front of the 50” TV with Cable TV, DVD player and iPod docking station. An impressive dining table seating 12 guests, is set on the undercover balcony with valley views and offers year-round alfresco dining.

A well equipped western style kitchen is designed to cater to all your needs and includes a comfortable seating area nearby to relax between meals.

The sun terrace and tropical gardens lead to the infinity-edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. An outdoor sala provides another dining table which seats 8 as well as additional seating, a BBQ and fridge together providing an ideal outdoor setting for entertaining and BBQs.

The villa is tastefully styled with Asian artwork and rich wood furniture, solid teak beds, comfortable sofas and stylish outdoor furniture.

We request no-smoking at the Villa but guests needing to are asked to please do so outside, with care thank you.
