This spacious luxury villa sits elevated in a quiet area with stunning views out over popular Patong and the ocean beyond. There are seven bedrooms each with ensuite bathrooms, sea views, stereo and iPod docks and opening to private balconies. Three of the largest bedrooms also have private jacuzzi’s. The villa caters for 14 adults with a child's high chair and cot available on request.

The lounge upstairs has a Plasma TV, DVD and surround sound system. There is also a home computer with complimentary wifi available throughout the villa. A connected second lounge has stunning views over Patong and the ocean and provides one of the many places to relax and enjoy your space and privacy in the villa.

An 80 sqm infinity pool and cushioned sun loungers surround the pool and a sala pavilion offers shade and the perfect place for an afternoon massage. There is also a poolside wet lounge and bar, TV/DVD and surround sound system providing a wonderful location to enjoy entertaining with friends.

On the lower level, the entertainment room features a bar and dining table for more relaxed mealtimes There is also a standard size pool table and a further lounge with a TV/DVD and games. This room also has a balcony with lovely views overlooking the garden, Patong and sea.

The fitness gym also has a sea view and comes with weights and treadmill, elliptical trainer and an exercise bike perfect for keeping up your fitness levels while on holiday. There is also a private sauna able to seat 5 comfortably which comes with shower facilities. Nearby is seating to relax in with a handy cool drinks fridge and another TV/DVD and iPod dock with stereo.

The fully equipped kitchen on the upper level provides seating for 14 and comes with ceramic induction cooking, hot air oven, microwave, wine chiller and Espresso Coffee machine. You are free to use the kitchen or have the Chef prepare meals for you. There is also a second snack kitchen on the entertainment level.

The landscaped grounds around the villa are safe and secure and provide parking for 4 vehicles. The resident maids provide laundry and cleaning and are available at any time. A Toyota Fortuner 4WD with driver and fuel is available during your stay. We can also organize another vehicle or scooters for you if you wish. Airport transfers are inclusive and Phuket airport is 45 minutes away. Patong Beach is about 5 minutes drive away.

The Villa Manager speaks good English and there is a resident Maid service and private Chef with meals charged only at fresh market prices and prepared with our compliments. There is a shopping service available pre-arrival if you like and your Villa Manager can organise any other needs like massage bookings, restaurant reservations, tours and outings.
