Phuket Villa 4120

This seven bedroom luxury villa sleeps up to 14 guests and is perfect for large groups of family or friends vacationing together. Surrounded by coconut palms, this stunning tropical villa provides space and privacy for guests with spectacular views over the Andaman Sea.

Living Areas

The dining room has seating for twelve and magnificent panoramic views over the west coast of Phuket and Bangtao Bay with french windows opening to the pool terrace. There is a fully fitted and equipped European kitchen. The villa is air-conditioned with ceiling fans also available.

There is a large screen cinema system in the living room with a varied selection of DVD films, and satellite TV as well as free broadband, wifi internet. Comfortable sofas are in both the living room and outside on the covered terrace looking over the pool with a fabulous view of the Andaman Sea. The infinity pool has a water bar and the Thai Sala has a revolving table and sunken seating for shady poolside dining.

Bedrooms

There are seven spacious luxurious bedrooms each with unique individual designs and seven private ensuite bathrooms to go with them.

Bedroom 1 is the master by the pool which is perfect for a late night swim before bed, with its own private terrace, fabulous sea views and a separate sitting area with a desk. It has a king-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and a large en-suite bathroom with jacuzzi.

Bedroom 2 is on the second level and has a super-king-size bed, a large private terrace surrounded by lush tropical vegetation, a sitting area and walk-in wardrobe. The bathroom has an outdoor bath with a lovely sea view. Both bedroom 1 and 2 are equipped with safes.

Bedroom 3 is on the same level as bedroom 2 and has a super king-size bed, sitting area and a small terrace. It has stairs down to the ensuite bathroom which has a large shower, wardrobes, and its own pretty garden. This bathroom is shared with ...

Bedroom 4 which is the "family room". This is a spacious room with sofas and TV, children's DVDs and toys. There are bunk beds, 2 single beds, a queen bed and 3 cots if needed. The bathroom is between the two rooms and both have doors leading directly to it.

Bedroom 5 is on the lowest level of the villa and has a terrace which opens to the garden. It has a queen-size bed, sitting area, a dressing room and a lovely ensuite bathroom with a large jacuzzi.

Bedroom 6 is a very large, open plan apartment-style suite on the garden level of the villa which can sleep up to 5 or 6 people and has its own separate entrance and private garden. This spacious two level suite has high glass windows all around giving lots of light and a wonderful view of the garden. There are two single beds on the mezzanine floor. On the lower level is an open plan room with a king size double bed, single bed, lounge area, bar table, fridge, TV and dressing room area with wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. French windows lead to a terrace and the private garden.

Bedroom 7 is an independent two storey annexe on the pool level of the villa. The lower part is an attractive single bedroom with a small garden and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is a living area with a sofa-bed and small terrace with magnificent views.

Villa Services

Food shopping and catering is provided by Lily who will prepare a meal for you on your first day, so you don't have to think about shopping after a long flight. It will be a typical Thai dish, something that children will enjoy as well. Before your arrival in Phuket, please let us know of any food issues, religious or personal, or any allergies.

After you have settled in, you can discuss your food preferences, likes and dislikes with Lily. She will take your personal taste into consideration when preparing meals for you. Her speciality is Thai cooking and her tasty dishes will add to your Thai holiday experience. Lily can also prepare western dishes and dishes, especially for the children. There are cold beers in the fridge which you can either buy or replace and good boxed red and white wine kept in the villa to buy at cost price.

There is a minibus with driver available for use by the villa guests under certain conditions. It is used for transfers to and from Phuket airport and the villa and it will normally be available to you each day up until 9 pm, apart from arrival and departure days. Occasionally the bus has to be used for yacht transfers and during this time it will not be available for guests. This would be only for a couple of hours at a time, and usually in the early morning or evening, so there is still plenty of time for villa guests to use the bus, even on those days. You will have advance notice of when the bus is to be used for yacht transfers, so you can arrange your excursions around Phuket accordingly.

Entertainment Systems

There is a surround sound computerised Sonos music system at the villa and Lily can show you how to use it. Free wifi high-speed internet is provided.

During your vacation in the villa, we offer you the use of a local mobile phone, which is very useful for contact with Lily and the mini-bus driver Tongpoon. It is a prepaid phone which you can top up in a supermarket, Lily will explain how to do this. Mobile phone charges are very low in Thailand.

Our wonderful villa manager and chef - Lily, will take care of every aspect of your stay in the villa.  She will go out of her way to make sure you have a wonderful holiday. She is an accomplished cook and will treat you to her exotic Thai specialities amongst many other things.

Location

Lying on the fringe of the Andaman Sea, off the west coast of Southern Thailand, the island of Phuket has magical tropical beaches, crystal clear turquoise water and idyllic offshore islands. It enjoys all year round temperatures of between 26 and 36 degrees. The rainy seasons (Green Season) runs from May until the end of October with the last 2 months having the most rainfall. However, even in the rainy season, there are still long periods of sunshine each day. The Green season is a nice time to visit Phuket as most of the crowds have gone and the weather can still be glorious.
