Villa 4829 is a fully equipped luxury private resort with 10 bedrooms.

The Hill was specifically designed to provide a spacious living and exquisite lifestyle.

Setting on a 2400 M2 land, The Hill is considered the most luxurious Villa for rent in Thailand.

* Villa manager + 2 service staff from 14:00 till 18:00, 3 staff from 18:00 to midnight, 2 staff from midnight to 3:00, 2 staff from 9:00 to noon.
* Complimentary water, towels, bathrooms amenities, cleaning service.
* Unlimited use of sauna, 1 hot jacuzzi 10 seats, 1 pool jacuzzi 12 guests, 2 billiards 9 ", 3 bars, table football, 14 smart tv, hometheater 17 guests.
Bowling is available at 2,500 per hour.

Food and Beverage

  • Cocktail Party- Full bartender service with amazing cocktails. Start with package at 4800 Baht for 20 cocktails ( extra cocktail 240 Baht ).
  • BBQ Party -  Enjoy high quality meat or seafood bbq. Served with side dish & sauces. 1,600 Baht per person ( minimum 6 person ).
  • Breakfast -  Continental breakfast, croissants, toast, fruits, eggs, sausage, juices, milk, cereals, coffee, tea. 350 Baht per person. 350 Baht per person.
  • Pizza Party -  Made in our Italian wood fired oven, delight yourself with freshly made pizzas. 800 Baht per person ( minimum 6 person ). Pasta menu available.
  • Thai food - Fresh from the market, buffet 6 courses and rice. 800 Baht per person. Thai food menu available.
  • Bortday Cake - Celebrating a birthday ? we got you covered, we can provide you with a range of amazing birthday cake made to order by our French pastry chef, Foret noire, Paris Brest and much more. Cake for up to 20 person, 5,000 Baht.

Services

  • Service staff: We have extra staff when required, rate is 300 Baht per hour per staff.
  • DJ. Dj is available at the rate of 8,000 Baht per gig ( 4 hours ). Extra hours, 2,000 Baht per hour.
  • Massages: Massages are available all day. Rate is 1000 per hour. From 9:00 am to 11:00 pm.
  • Bowling: 2 lane bowling with technician. Available from 6:00 pm till 11:00 pm 2,500 Baht per hour.
  • Concierge service. We can purchase your needs, fund will be collected upfront, we charge a 20 % fees on purchase value.

Transportation
  • AIRPORT TRIP. Van for up to 8 guests can be arranged to pick you up at airport. Rate is at 3,000 baht per trip.
  • DAY TRIP. Stand by van can be arranged at the villa, shopping, visit tourist attractions around Pattaya. Rate is 800 Baht per hour.

Guest access and house rules

  • Music pool floor: At 10:00 pm, the music system will be turned down to chill level and turned off at 4:00 am
  • Swimming pools: Operations hours, 8:00 am to 11:00 pm, kids below 5 year old should stay under adult supervision at all times.
  • Equipments: The Hill is fully equipped with sound systems. External equipments are not allowed (microphone, live music band, speakers, instruments )
  • Guests:Villa sleeping capacity is 20 guests. The maximum guests capacity including sleeping guests and visitor.
  • Sound and noise: The Hill is a peacefull and relaxing premise, please refrain from excessive noise such as screaming, yelling etc.
  • Lights: All lights in common areas are switched off at 4:00 am

Note: 
There is very important conditions, the villa does not accept more than 20 peoples inside the villa, not only thoses that stay at the villa but also visitors. If the number reaches 20 already, nobody else will be allowed to enter the villa.
