The property boasts an elegant Thai style 3 bedroom villa, 2 detached and modern bedroom/living Salas filled with light, plus a Spa Sala with a steam room, all designed and furnished to the highest standard. On the roof level, the three Salas are connected by bridges, creating an elegant oversized roof terrace with breathtaking seaviews.

Villa 4567 is managed by a lovely Thai couple that lives on property 24/7. Besides providing daily housekeeping and gardening services, they also provide a delicious and complimentary breakfast every morning, and can take care of your laundry as well as go out shopping for whatever you require.

To keep you in touch with the outside world and entertained during your stay, there is WiFi internet throughout the property, flat screen TVs with satellite and DVD players in most rooms, plus an iPod docking station with powerful speakers in the living room.

Pools, Beach, Massage

• The free form swimming pool is 15,000 square metres and winds intricately through the complex, with a ribbon of it gliding directly past the Villa and 3 Salas, each of which has a ladder directly outside it for direct and easy access into the pool. As this property is nestled in a secluded corner, this section of the pool is very private and surrounded by lush gardens.
• Additionally there is a large infinity plunge pool accessible for guests, located a few metres from the property, overlooking the beach. A perfect depth for older children to splash around in and adults to relax in at sunset.
• The younger members of your family will love splashing around in the specially designed children’s pool and small water park area just a couple of minutes walk from the villa.
• From the Beachfront Sala Suite, it is mere steps before you are on the beach itself, which is a clean long stretch of white sand, with tropically warm water. The quietness of the beach is attributed to private properties surrounding this area right to the beachfront, with no general public access.
• The Spa Sala is set up with 2 comfortable massage beds and a steam room with shower/WC. In-house massages can be arranged with numerous local masseurs.

Self Catering Options

• There are a number of fantastic restaurants of all kinds located in Hua Hin town and the surrounding resorts, and the night market is also popular for food along with shopping. You can enjoy eating somewhere different each day, or return to your favourites.
• The Makro Store located a couple of minutes drive from the property stocks everything you need to be able to cook all kinds of cuisines at home, if you prefer to relax at the Villa.
• There is a beachfront restaurant located one minute walk from the property along the beach. If you don’t feel like cooking or eating out in town, this is a great option for a Thai meal with no effort. They will even deliver to you if you prefer in villa dining.

Transport Service (extra charge)

• The Villa has a luxury van with driver that seats 6 to provide pick up service from Bangkok city or Airport for transfers to and from the Villa, and a further van or car can also be provided.
• The van and driver (who knows the local area) can also be at your service for your entire stay, to make transport to all of your destinations in the area easy.
• We encourage you to make use of this transport service to ensure your holiday can be enjoyed to the full.  Please request a quote when booking, you will find the prices very reasonable.
