A newly renovated 8 bedroom luxury villa with large private swimming pool enjoying the serenity of a home in the countryside yet located nearby amenities including food markets,shopping malls,supermarkets,restaurants and bars.
The large lounge area opens out to a magnificent poolside terrace where guests can enjoy open fire bbq's during daytime and evenings.

Ideally located aprox 10 minutes from the city centre and nearby all amenities including local food markets,modern shopping malls,supermarkets,restaurants and bars.

6 bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with an additional 2 bedrooms available if required. Additional single beds can be added to all bedrooms to accommodate extra large family groups and a communal bathroom with toilet and shower room is located on the ground floor.


The large lounge and dining room area opens out to a covered poolside terrace where guests can enjoy the tropical landscape,relax by the pool and enjoy open fire bbq's under the spectacular starlit nights.

*Perfect accommodation for large or small families,corporate outings and golfing,yoga,detox and well being groups. For extra large groups we also have our spectacular 7 bedroom luxury villa with private swimming pool located nearby and with the 2 villas combined,they can very comfortably accommodate up to 44 guests.

* The villa has an excellent team of Thai chefs available for 2000 THB p/day. ( minimum stay of 3 consecutive day and are required to stay in the separate 8th bedroom )or a cook service for 1350 THB p/sitting ( food costs not included) These rates are for up to 12 guests only with additional daily charges for extra large family groups.

The rates include all the shopping and cleaning up.
* Returnable damage deposit
A returnable damage deposit of 10,000฿ is required on arrival at the villa please (cash only).

The villa manager called Mann is a qualified tour operator and will offer advise in finding the best and safest places to visit during your stay.
* Massages
In house Thai massages can be arranged @ 400 THB p/person p/hour.
