Kata Noi is one of those hidden gems and is very quiet and peaceful. There are a few good restaurants nearby. The house is tucked between a couple of hotels, but you just need to cross the road and you are at the beach. The personnel is great and caring. We look forward to visit again!

Spotless villa, perfect plunge pool and a back entrance path to the pristine Kata Noi beach. The real star of the show is the local manager, Noi, and her team. A beautiful cooked breakfast every morning, with freshly cut tropical fruit. Recommendations for great restaurants and cultural activities, along with coordinated transport to get there & back. Flexibility++. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Wun, the live in housekeeper, treats you like family and works tirelessly to make sure you’re comfortable. There’s plenty of room for large families and the plunge pool is a great hit when you need to cool off. Don’t miss out on booking here. You won’t regret it.

It was great experience staying at Beachside house! It was literally 2min away from the beach which is a quiet and beautiful. Rooms were clean and quiet to stay. Noi and Wan were great to help us! Thank you so much again. There was small issues regarding water and electricity, but Noi was quick to response and solve the issues right away. Thank you again for the great house! I want to revisit there sometime

AmaIng stay. The villa is very high end and Wen made our stay very comfortable and easy. The location is the best beach location in Phuket in our opinion. We will definitely come back gd willing.

Really nice for a friend catch up where all we wanted to do was relax. 2 minute walk to the beach and a plunge pool onsite. Top deck lounge great for sunset views. Live in maid was very discreet and helpful and cooked us breakfast each morning which was a great start to our days.
