Choose from the sun-drenched outdoor patio, to the perfectly positioned spa pool. Our favourite room is the glass conservatory space. Open all the doors and let the summer breeze through, or in winter light the gas fireplace and settle in with a good book in the winter sunshine.

The main home boasts three spacious bedrooms, two with ensuites. Connecting directly to the main home is the one-bedroom apartment. This is a beautifully furnished space complete with king bed, ensuite and its' very own kitchen and living area. It also has fabulous lake views plus direct access to a private balcony. Grandparents or teenagers will appreciate the privacy.

The kitchen is the spot for relaxed entertaining, complete with a walk-in butlers pantry and coffee machine. This home has the luxury option of pick up or drop off by the local Water Taxi company. If walking is your preference take the Kelvin Heights track all the way to Frankton whilst soaking in the beauty that surrounds this location.

Make the most of the summer days or, in winter, to get amongst the snow at nearby The Remarkables Ski area. If biking is your passion, drop onto the Kelvin Heights track and explore some of NZ's most scenic trails.
