This glorious estate is set amidst magnificent landscaped gardens complete with a tennis court and swimming pool. The rooms are decorated with a curated selection of exquisite artwork, antiques and venetian furniture, making you feel like the royals of your own private palazzo.

The grounds and interiors alone would make this one of the most spectacular luxury accommodation villas in New Zealand – but then there are the jaw-dropping facilities ranging from a private gym to an exclusive yoga studio, a basement wine cellar and bar to six venetian inspired bedrooms with views of the ocean.

Being only a short drive from our local airport and close to the main arterial road from Auckland and Hamilton, we offer accessible, bespoke and unique Tauranga luxury accommodation.

The Villa has a total of six suites spread between two floors as well as the separate Pavilion. Sink into the plush beds that all feature views of the luscious grounds. Separate from the main villa is The Pavilion – a private sanctuary with a hot yoga studio, adjoining gym and walks with endless sea views.

The spacious shared room is lined with motorbikes and surfboards letting the imagination run wild. Travelling with entourage or friends? The guest suite has a lounge, bathroom, and kitchenette and is separate from the main house – the key to privacy.

From the bedroom to bathroom – whether you choose to drink your bubbles or sink into them, let the mind unwind as you gaze into the gardens and accept feelings of la bella vita (… the good life).

• Garden Suite
  • This bedroom features both garden and sea views with a 50" TV. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, toilet and bidet, tiled underfloor heating, an open shower and a claw-foot bath with views out to a private garden.
• Family Suite
  • This large self-contained suite has its own lounge with 60" TV, PlayStation, kitchenette and separate bathroom with open shower and toilet. The bedroom includes 2 queen beds, 1 king single and 1 single trundler bed making it ideal for family guests. Additional king single and trundler bed can be added on request.

First Floor

• Master Bedroom
  • The master bedroom features a private balcony with outdoor lounge suite and a 65" curved OLED TV. The ensuite bathroom includes double sinks, toilet and bidet, tiled underfloor heating and an open shower.
• Guest Bedrooms
  • Two large super king bedrooms share a bathroom that includes an open shower, sink, and toilet. The bathroom has tiled underfloor heating. Each bedroom has its own gorgeous vista, one with sea views and the other looking onto the rose garden.
• Guest Pavilion
  • The Guest Pavilion includes a super king bed with garden and sea views, 32" TV, mini fridge and coffee machine. The ensuite bathroom has an open shower, and toilet.
  • Large bi-folding doors open onto covered and uncovered terraces and accommodation with direct access to the fully equipped gym.

Things To Do

• Mount Maunganui- 26km - 26 minutes
  • Set on peninsula, is a laid back suburb known for the extinct Mount Maunganui volcano, a sacred Maori site with ocean-view hiking trails. Long sandy Main beah is popular for its surf breaks, whie Pilot bay beach has a calm waters for paddle boarding
• Waihi and Waihi Beach- 46km - 43 minutes
  • Waihi is a town in Hauraki District in the north Island of New Zealand, especially notable for its history as a gold mine town. The town is at the foot of the Cormandel Peninsula, close to the western end of the Bay of Plenty
• Hobbiton - Matamata - 60km - 1hr 10min
  • Matamata is a town in the shadow of the Kaimai Range Mountains, on the New Zealand's North Island. Southwest of town, the Hobbiton Movie Set was created for Peter Jackson's " Lord of the Rings" and "Hobbit" films. To the northeast, a trail leads to Wairere Falls, with views over the Waikato Plains

Location

• Villa 6223 is approximately 25 kilometers from Tauranga airport or 2.5 hours drive from Auckland.
• You could always land your helicopter on the front lawn after enjoying the birds eye view of what the Bay of Plenty has to offer and then revel in your own private Tauranga resort.

• Rates: 3 - 6 nights: NZD 16,500 per night for up to ten pax inclusive GST. 7 - 21 nights: NZD 13,500 per night for up to ten pax inclusive GST
• Extra guest rate is NZD 600+15% GST per pax per night
• Minimum stay of 3 nights, 4 nights over Easter, and 5 nights in the Christmas period
• A daily surcharge 15% GST will be applied for all New Zealand public holidays
