From the living room of this water’s edge villa on Birkenhead Point, you’ll quite possiblyhave the best unobstructed view of Auckland Harbour, bridge and city.The home, built around 1905, has been in our family for over 30 years and it’s seen manyfamily gatherings and events. Friends and family never missed an opportunity to sit outon the back deck to watch firework displays from the harbour bridge or Sky Tower.

It has an ensuite.The 5th bedroom downstairs has a sofa bed, and it is currently set up as a study with sofa. It folds out to a double bed and of course there is bedding there for it in the cupboards.
