• Within a 20 minute radius you can find anything from Cancun’s lively hotel zone, full of shops and restaurants, to idyllic, practically undiscovered beaches such as Isla Blanca.

• Taxes and security deposits are additional to the quoted price: Government Tax 16% – Lodging Tax 6% – Service Charge 5%
  
• In addition to the rental fee there is a security deposit of USD 3,000++ to USD 5,000 to cover any damages or repairs and this is fully refundable 48-Hours after check-out and successful inspection by the owner. Security deposit should be paid at your arrival.
• Thanksgiving period is 23-30 Nov 2024 with nightly rate at USD 3,900++ (5bdr) and USD 4,200++ (6bdr) , minimum stay is 7 nights
• Easter period is 12-26 Apr 2025 with nightly rate at USD 4,200++ (5bdr) and USD 4,500++ (6bdr) , minimum stay is 5 nights
• Thanksgiving period is 22-29 Nov 2025 with nightly rate at USD 4,000++ (5bdr) and USD 4,300++ (6bdr) , minimum stay is 7 nights
• Peak Holiday period is 19 Dec 2025 - 2 Jan 2026 with nightly rate at USD 8,200++ (5bdr) and USD 8,700++ (6bdr) , minimum stay is 7 nights
