• The living room (55sqm) features armchairs, sofas, chairs and lunch table for six persons, plus 32” flat screen LCD TV, DVD, and English and French satellite channels. Telephone and WiFi are available.
• The kitchen is fully equipped with double door fridge, wine cellar, electric oven, gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and all necessary mixers and utensils plus a barbecue for eight persons.
• The laundry is equipped with washing machine and tumble dryer plus all necessary equipment. All linen and towels are supplied and maintained. One hair dryer is available in each bathroom.

Outdoors

• Outdoor wooden tables and chairs are available on the front terrace.
• Three large 4m sunshades are available on the beach in front of the pool, together with eight deck chairs that can also be used on the terrace.

• Any external invitation to the contractual guests must be validated in advance by the owner or manager
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when using hot tub, pool, sauna or hammam

• Fireworks are prohibited in the villa, its garden and the beach close by.
• It is not allowed to organise events in the property without prior approval by Villanovo
• No safety fence around the pool
• Pets not allowed
• Pool has no swimming guard
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house
• The house must be returned in the same condition of check in. Otherwise fees can be charged to the customer.
