About the property

Villa 9161 is a recently restored country house which offers a spectacular view over the city of Todi and its gentle hills. This villa has been conceived with a simple linear beauty, offering an easy and comfortable living space. It is ideal for families with children and for nature lovers: in the estate there are friendly horses, mules, chickens, goats, pigs, rabbits and peacocks; the peacocks are domesticated and free to get about the property. The villa has also fruit and olive trees, and a vegetable garden, that can be used to have fun picking up fruit and vegetables.
Perched on a hilltop in the rolling countryside, this villa enjoys a stunning view of the surrounding arable land and distant valleys; from the pool area, the view is second to none.

The property consists of two separate buildings and the rooms are furnished in a minimalist, but functional style. Adjacent to the house is the swimming pool, with the splendid panorama of cultivated fields sweeping gently down to a semi-wooded valley, with Todi resplendent in the distance.

The property is located 3 Km from restaurants, supermarket and bars, while Todi is at 7 Km. A perfectly preserved historic town, Todi has a world-wide reputation for its beauty and cultural events. The city centre's 'piazza' is ideal for dining outdoors or for sipping cocktails as you take in the glorious surroundings.
