About the property

This superb property is an exclusive beachfront estate in Tuscany, located in Castiglione della Pescaia Near Grosseto. It belongs to a very well known Italian family.

The house is set in a large private garden, within is a private very large swimming pool with pool house, comprising of a changing room, bathroom with shower and bar.

The Villa is built on 2 levels both facing the lovely garden. The rooms are very spacious and in a contemporary style.

The Main level offers an entrance, spacious living room, large terrace for dining and relaxing facing garden and pool, dining room for 12, and a guest toilet. There are three bedrooms on this level- one with a king size bed, 2 with twin beds, and each with full bathroom ensuite.

The lower garden level offers a spacious informal sitting room opening out to the garden, a newly renaovated kitchen, four bedrooms each with twin beds and three bathrooms with tub and shower.

Features

Kitchen is equipped with a professional gas stove, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. Laundry room equipped with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Linen provided for the bedrooms and the bathrooms, as well as pool towels. Television Telephone Barbecue Daily staff services (6 days a week): a maid to take care of tasks such as cleaning and laundry. A Cook and specific laundry services can be arranged, on request, at an extra charge. The villa is not equipped with air conditioning, as being on the sea front it is naturally cool.
