About the property

Villa 987, a recently restored farmhouse, is surrounded by a verdant, working olive plantation, and has a garden where guests can gather their own vegetables and spices. This sprawling villa boasts two wings, each with its own common rooms and kitchen, allotting considerable space for large groups and family reunions. Rest upon natural rock formations and wooden platforms shoreside and enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view.

Right Wing Ground Floor: 1 guest bathroom.

First Floor: All bedrooms have balconies with views of the sea. 1 master queen bedroom, with spacious private terrace, and 2 en suite bathrooms, one with shower and one with Jacuzzi tub. 1 queen and 1 twin bedroom share a bathroom. 1 queen bedroom with en suite bathroom.

Second Floor (Watchtower): 1 small bedroom with a French bed, panoramic sea views and en suite bathroom.

Large, stone-paved terrace on a sand-covered plateau that is ground level with the sea; multiple wooden platforms with reclining lounges, external shower, and barbeque. Working olive grove surrounding the front yard; spice and vegetable garden.

Fireplaces, Jacuzzi tubs, satellite TV, WiFi internet, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, BBQ, stereo system, DVD player, private parking, table tennis. Bicycles available. Portable fans can be provided if necessary. Internet cafe is less than 2 miles away. Telephone line is not available at the villa. Caretaker resides in separate, independent staff quarters.

SPECIAL CHARACTERISTICS

The interior decor is full of character with woodbeamed ceilings, solid wood tables, and wooden staircase leading up to the first floor. Private lush gardens and breathtaking sea views make this villa a rejuvenating and relaxing retreat. Explore the nearby coastal nature reserve, less than a mile away, and the ceramic shops and restaurants of nearby Trapani. Nearby activities include: mini-golf camp, horseriding club, boating excursions, fishing sessions, and cooking lessons.
