About the property

The villa is situated in the locality of Punta Bianca, inside a nature area, and offers beautiful views of the sea and the Tuscan coast, from Marina di Carrara, Marina di Massa, Forte dei Marmi and beyond Viareggio.

It is located within a large area of terracing inside the Mediterranean scrub that slopes down to the sea.  From every corner of the well-tended garden it is possible to admire beautiful views of the sea and, in the center, there is an irregular-shaped swimming pool with a deck chair and sunbeds.

The villa has two entrances, one from the parking area located at the rear and the other from the raised terrace which has awning and outdoor furniture, tables and armchairs.

The furnishings are mainly modern and very comfortable.  The spacious living room has sofas, satellite TV and a stereo.  All of the large windows face the sea.  The whole villa has air conditioning, central heating and Wi-Fi internet connection.

On the floor below is a large kitchen connected to the dining area and supplied with: oven, dishwasher, freezer and two refrigerators.  The washing machine is in one of the bathrooms.

The nearest town is Ameglia, which has a supermarket, chemist, bank and numerous shops.  Continuing along the road that runs in front of the villa, it is possible to reach the beaches of Punta Bianca, around one and a half kilometers along a steep road, and the black sands of Punta Corvo, considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Italy.  The descent is not difficult, but there are more than seven hundred steps; starting from Bocca di Magra, these beaches can also be reached by sea.

The nearest sandy beach is Fiumaretta, around 4 Km away, the seashore is low and the beaches are fully equipped and well looked after.  Continuing in the direction of Lerici, the coastline is broken up by a number of charming coves, Fiascherino, Tellaro, characteristic and unforgettable places.
