Menaggio is a lively little town with vibrant dining, shopping and entertainment as well as the convenience of a public ferry terminal. Located just six minutes drive north from here, you will discover the classic style Villa 912 sitting elevated on a hill enjoying spectacular views out across the lake.

This elegant four bedroom residence features a generous sized kitchen and comfortable plush sofas in the sitting room area. The spacious outdoor deck offers delightful seating with stunning lake views while the inviting heated pool with surrounding terrace and sun loungers, beckons guests to relax and revive. Manicured and fenced grounds provide a safe play area for children.

This family friendly villa is only 400 metres from the shore of the Lake while an easy 5 minute walk will take you to the bus stop should you desire to use public transportation. The villa has private parking available for 3 vehicles.
