About the property

Villa 988 is a luxury cottage in the center of Forte dei Marmi, less than half a mile walk from the beautiful beach, yet located in a quiet zone. It is elegantly furnished and provides all the comforts of a relaxing vacation on one of the prettiest coasts of Tuscany.

Ground Floor: 1 double bedroom and 1 convertible twin bedroom, both with private shower bathrooms.

First Floor: 1 twin bedroom, suitable for children, with a wonderfully crafted bunk bed and private bathroom with shower. This room has access to a shaded terrace with panoramic views of the Alpi Apuane.

LIVING SPACES

Ground Floor: The décor throughout the cottage is country charm in yellow and light blue tones with coordinated elegant fabrics. Light and airy, the comfortable dining/ sitting room boasts marble floor and large windows which overlook the front patio. Fully-equipped, modern, eat-in kitchen with access to the back patio.

OUTSIDE FEATURES

Furnished patio area perfect for outdoor dining. Private parking for up to two cars.

AMENITIES

Air conditioning in living room and all bedrooms. Slatted bases and firm mattresses. Flat screen satellite TV, shuttered windows, washing machine, dishwasher, luxury Italian fabrics, 3 bicycles at guests' disposal.

• No pets allowed
• Check-in between 4pm and 8pm. Check-out by 10am
• All the above services must be paid locally, prior to departure unless otherwise arranged
