Villa 9239 consists of a main building and a guest house and can accommodate up to 12 guests in comfortable bedrooms. The outdoor area is distributed over several levels going down to the sea, which can be reached through the garden as well as by using the convenient private funicular of exclusive use to the guests of the villa.

On the first floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a patio, a dining area and a superb terrace with the infinity pool. A suite and an additional bedroom with an en suite bathroom are located on this floor. From the second floor, you can enjoy the view over Marina del Cantone and the legendary Li Galli islands from the super panoramic bedrooms. The bedrooms with sea view are equipped with a terrace, private bathrooms, mini fridge, satellite TV, safe and a courtesy kit.

Villa 9239 is located within walking distance from Nerano Spiaggia del Cantone, an ancient fishing village and nowadays a tourist destination, with some of the best restaurants of the entire Amalfi coast. The villa is projected onto the sea and offers its guests comfortable direct access to the sea. You can reach the beach either with a private shuttle or by foot, with a pleasant and scenic walk. Enjoy the view from the infinity pool with hydro massage seats and relax between the centuries-old maritime pines overlooking the gardens

• Accessed via the private elevator or by going down the external stone steps.
• Lounge and living area with 55’’ satellite TV and sofa, dining area extending directly on the panoramic terrace facing the swimming pool, fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace equipped with BBQ and wood-fired pizza oven. The kitchen is accessed either from the lounge or the terrace.
• Bedroom 1 panoramic double bed with 70’’ satellite TV and en suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom leads onto a terrace with sea view and can be accessed from either the corridor or the terrace.
• Guest bathroom, laundry room and staff room with single bed and en suite bathroom with shower.

First Floor

• Connected internally by elevator/lift, or via external staircase.
• Bedroom 2 double bed with extra single bed equipped with satellite TV, safe, minibar and en suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom leads onto a spacious balcony with a spectacular view of Li Galli islands.
• Bedroom 3 double bed with extra single bed (with additional pull-out bed) equipped with satellite TV, minibar, safe and en suite bathroom with shower. This bedroom leads onto a beautiful terrace with a spectacular view of Li Galli islands.
• Bedroom 4 double bed (convertible into a twin) with balcony with sea view, satellite TV, minibar, safe and en suite bathroom with shower.
