Ground floor:

• Entrance hall with frescoed ceilings and two sofas.
• Bedroom 1 suite Sammontano, accessible from either the garden or the entrance hall with double bed (bed size 180x200cm, 70,8x79inch, not convertible into a twin),
• Living room with dining area, exit to the outdoor dining area and the hot tub, satellite TV and en suite bathroom with shower. It is possible to add an extra single bed in the bedroom.
• Bedroom 2 suite Arolella, only accessible from the courtyard or the garden, with a living area with a single sofa bed, 7 steps up to reach 1 double bed (bed size 180x200cm, 70,8x79inch, not convertible into a twin) and exit to the courtyard with outdoor sitting area. Twin bedroom available only upon request for two extra single beds. These two bedrooms do share one bathroom with big shower.

Mezzanine floor

• Bedroom 3 suite Montecorbo, living area with sofa, private terrace connected to the outdoor hot tub area via stairs, double bed (bed size 180x200cm, 70,8x79inch, not convertible into a twin) with satellite TV, safe and en suite bathroom with shower.

First floor

• 12 steps up, laundry room.

Second floor

• Small table for 4 guests.
• Bedroom 4 suite San Filippo, living area with sofa and satellite TV, small balcony, en suite bathroom with shower (no window), 13 steps up to the double bed (bed size 180x200cm, 70,8x79inch, not convertible into a twin) with satellite TV. The bedroom is on the upper floor loft overlooking the living area.
• Bedroom 5 and 6 master suite San Francesco, living room with one sofa and wardrobe, two chairs and one bench, 1 double bed (bed size 180x200cm, 70,8x79inch, not convertible into a twin) with panoramic windows and views towards Capri, Naples and Ischia, exit to the private terrace, 13 steps up to 1 double bed ((bed size 180x200cm, 70,8x79inch, not convertible into a twin)) and satellite TV. This bedroom is on the upper floor loft overlooking the living area with a private terrace with sitting area and access to the terrace through a spiral staircase. The two bedrooms share an en suite bathroom with shower.

Pool house

• Hall overlooking the pool with ample living room and library, big satellite TV, kitchen, dining area with table for up to 18 guests, guest bathroom.

Outdoor

• Parking space for 6 cars, 3.000m2 of gardens, olive and lemon trees, courtyard, panoramic terrace accessible through the suite San Francesco with sunbeds, outdoor kitchen, outdoor shower, winding staircase leading up to the panoramic roof-top, furnished with sunbeds.
• Several terraced manicured gardens and expansive flat well-tended lawn areas overlooking the sea surround the property; all outdoor areas feature elegantly furnished zones.
• Outdoor dining area for up to 6 guests adjacent to the suite Arolella with outdoor shower.
• Comfortable poolside loggia for alfresco dining with table for up to 20 guests, complete with wood burning oven, BBQ, and commercial-grade kitchen, 2 guest bathrooms, private swimming pool, Jacuzzi (not heated).
• Outdoor wellness area with massage tables.

Notes

• Pets allowed upon request up to 12 kilograms.
• Due to the extremely narrow private access road, we advise against the use of cars to reach the villa's entrance.
• Free parking is available at a close distance from the property
• A complimentary shuttle service is available until 4pm.
• The use of the outdoor kitchen and pizza oven are reserved for the staff only.
• The twin bedroom in Suite Arolella remains closed and it is available only upon request for two extra single beds and upon extra charge to accommodate up to 16 guests.
• Villa adjoins another building visible from the entrance gate which has the entrance in the villa courtyard. This building is occupied by the maid’s parents and does not compromise the privacy of the villa.
• There are some unprotected drops and/or slopes around the property; young children need to be supervised all the time.
• Each bedroom has a doorbell.
