The villa is very special as is its position and the easy access to both the villa and the sea. The environment here is unique. The luxurious garden that encircles the villa is filled with citrus groves and bougainvillea, which grow all along the tree-lined walk-ways that access the villa and the sea, creating a pleasantly shady area that together with the sea breeze makes this property and its location a marvellous place to be even on the hottest of summer days.
