Villa 818 is a beautiful beach-front property, complete with everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The property has central air conditioning, a beach-entry ocean view heated swimming pool, a hot tub spa that cascades into the swimming pool, a cocktail and grilling cabana and much more. Verdant new tropical landscaping surrounds the home.

Included in the same per night rental rate is a free standing original traditional-style cottage home. The cottage has a living room, fully equipped kitchenette, queen bed, small shower bath, television/DVD and washer/dryer. The cottage sleeps two guests. In total, Villa 818 will provide a total of 4 bedrooms (King, Queen, 2 Twins or King, Queen), three full bathrooms all with showers (not tubs), 2 powder rooms, and an outdoor shower.

Just a few of the inclusive complimentary benefits provided are Personal Concierge Service, parking for several cars, high speed wireless internet access, local phone calls, mid-week housekeeping service (if renting for 7 nights or longer), tropical bath treats, and personalized in-villa greeting orientation.
