A stunning, architect-designed beach house on the lovely, tradition-rich island of Sifnos. Almost like a private boutique village hotel, this property is unique in offering space and luxury in a village context - wander through the garden gate and find yourself on the beach lined with cute tavernas, with old men playing backgammon in the shade, and little children holding their grandmothers hands on their way home with the morning bread. The bay is a particularly calm and sheltered one, Elies Resort Hotel with its great restaurant and spa is just along the beach and there are some wonderful tavernas there as well. Sifnos of course is famed all over Greece for its food!

The house has been conceived as three blocks - two bedroom wings and a central living wing, around a large pool with plenty of terraces and seating areas. The owner has small children so the house is really a child's paradise as well as a chic and stylish villa for adults. A tennis court was added to complete the appeal of this lovely property.

Upper floor: Master Bedroom with veranda
Ground floor: Living room and kitchen
Lower floor - TV room and Sauna
Spare double or twin bedroom can be made available on request but has a light basement feel.

Central House:
Upper floor: Master Bedroom and living room
Ground floor: 2 twin bedrooms
Lower ground floor; Living room and kitchen.

Wing 2:
Ground floor: 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom
Lower ground floor with french doors to garden; 2 double bedrooms

Pool with mixture of salt and fresh water. Plenty of pool toys (floats, water polo, water volleyball, etc)

Play house - a real cottage not renovated but set up as a children's playhouse.
