Set on a string of tiny sandy coves on the south-west coast of Paros, this large, seaside house offers easy, spacious beach life, ideal for a big group or for families with children.

The simple, tasteful decor allows for a casual, barefoot lifestyle, and the pretty port of Alyki with its restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away.

The house has no air-conditioning, but has plenty of windows, french doors, insect screens and ceiling fans, ensuring breezy coolness throughout the summer. Flagstones floors and rough plastered walls combine with traditional island touches to make this a very atmospheric and distinctive house.

The property consists of a main house with 5 bedrooms, all on one level, and a separate guest house with a suite of 3 bedrooms on the terrace below. The entrance drive links both houses.
At the bottom of the garden, a little gate gives onto the coastal path that runs along the fronts of all the beach houses on this prestigious stretch of coast, from which all the beaches - big and little - can be easily reached.

Main House:
Living room with fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening onto very large terrace with seating area and a pergola, under which is a dining table for 16 people.

Left Wing:
Children's bedroom with two L-shaped built in beds, ceiling fan and shower room. Opens onto the sea terrace.
Double bedroom with ceiling fan and french doors opening onto the sea terrace.

Rear of house:
Double bedroom with an extra single sofa-bed. French doors open onto a side terrace. Ceiling fan and shower-room.
Double bedroom with an extra single sofa-bed and shower-room. Wall-mounted fan.

Right Wing:
Twin bedroom with a bathroom and shower cubicle. French doors open onto sea terrace.

Guest house - reached down a flight of steps from the main terrace. Seating area with open plan kitchen opening onto shaded terrace with large seating and dining area.
Three double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans.
