This lovely villa is in the residential area of Pampelonne and is few minutes away from Saint-Tropez. The villa is only 100 m to the nearest beach and is close to the very popular Club 55, which has spectacular sea views. The property is situated in a Very calm and scenic spot with views of the ocean, and is surrounded by tranquil gardens that lead to the pool, which is equipped with deck chairs and a small pool house.

Ground floor:

Bar, summer kitchen, living room and dining room under a pergola.    Jacuzzi:   Bubbles and massage jets for 4 people. There is a 3 car garage and a large basement with a washing machine and dryer.
