This beautiful property, originally a Bergerie, dating from the 17th century, has been completely restored throughout, using authentic materials.

It is linked to a smaller building by a glassed in living area, with sliding glass doors opening on one side to a terrace with outdoor dining area, shaded by a large chestnut tree and, on the other to the terrace with swimming pool (10 x 5m), and wooden sunloungers. Within the well maintained lawned garden are many flower beds, large trees, olive trees and lavender.

There is also a ping pong table.The property is just off the main road which runs between Puyricard and Aix-en-Provence and is accessed by electric gates. Puyricard is just 5 minutes drive and, within walking distance, there is a food shop selling a variety of produce. The centre of Aix-en-Provence is 4 kilometres away. The centrepiece of the house is the impressive kitchen, recently constructed, with large central dining table, beautifully decorated and well equipped.

Other equipment in the house includes 3 televisions (no satellite), video, DVD, 2 CD players and a fax machine. This property is particularly suitable for families, although the staircases are quite steep and very young children would have to be watched.
