A property rich in history, the first part of which was built by the family of the Knights of Nollent in the 17th century. This exceptional residence is situated on the site of an old manor house, belonging to the Dukes of Normandy. William the Conqueror, Henry I, Henry II, Richard the Lionhearted and especially John Lackland are said to have stayed here.

The estate consists of a vast enclosure planted with centuries-old avenues, bower and grove. It is in the heart of a park with waterfall, surrounded by all the splendours of the great feudal residences that the property stands proudly in the heart of the Auge region, on a terreplein surrounded by a moat. The atmosphere of the place, created through its materials, its scents and its volumes, will invite you to serenity and relaxation.
