It is a very quiet place on a 2 acres open land. It is situated around 5 minutes from Bidard and Guéthary beaches. The villa was fully renovated in 2007 . It offers all the appreciated comfort for an elegant international clientele and has many facilities such as a heated and closed pool as well as a clay tennis court

Accommodation

This luxury property has 5 bedrooms offering a wonderful view  over the mountains. It is very quiet , privateand relaxing. On the ground-floor, you will be amazed by the modern high standard kitchen as well as the large open living room (open on the outside to the swimming pool area).

There is also a home cinema areawith  (this area can also be totally closed and used as another bedroom). On the same floor, there are 4 bedrooms: one with a 180cm bed, a bathroom and toilets, one with a 160cm bed, a bathroom and toilets, one kid's bedroom with 2 90cm beds, a dormitory on the first floor as well as 6 other sleeping are, with a bathroom and toilets. This bedroom can also be accommodated to welcome a couple with a 180 bed.The last bedroom is smaller; it can be used for some guest or a baby-sitter. It was a 140cm bed with a bathroom and separated toilets.

On the same floor, you will access the terrace. On the first floor, there is a large master bedroom with a 200cm bed and a bathroom composed of a double Jacuzzi bath, a shower and toilets. There is a dressing and you will like the view over the mountains, the sea and wood space.

Equipment

The villa is entirely equipped with an internet connection, a plancha, a heated and closed pool with a roller blind, dressings, sheets and towels. 12 hours cleaning service/week.

Guardian (his house is located at the entrance of the property), Other services include Maintenance of the pool and garden. The villa provides parking , baby beds on request.
