About the property

Built in 2006 and occupies a sprawling site on Mahogany Drive with magnificent views across sweeping lawns to the sea in the distance. In 2014, the villa was refurbished to an exacting standard by the new owner resulting in a level of comfort and luxury associated with a Four Seasons hotel. No expense has been spared in creating a residential masterpiece that will hold immense appeal for families as well as groups of adults.

The villa is built on one level and exhibits a clever blend of Caribbean and Mediterranean architecture. The emphasis really is on comfort here; designer fabrics have been specifically chosen for each room and the collection of paintings and objects has been carefully curated throughout. Of particular note are the beautifully landscaped gardens – both external and internal and to the far right of the house, a superb walking garden has been laid out. The tennis courts, well-equipped gym and the golf course are all within easy reach by golf cart or energetic jog. The heart of the superb veranda runs the entire width of the house. It flows seamlessly from a dining gazebo to numerous seating areas, a pool gazebo and bar with large television and an elegant indoor sitting room. The large swimming pool is positioned center of the veranda with attractive pool furniture surrounding it. A short flight of stairs leads up to a terrace bar and second dining area – a popular retreat for evening drinks.

There are five bedrooms each with a distinct design theme; three have king-size beds and two are twins with beds that can be converted to a king. All have immaculate en suite bathrooms with walk-in shower; one king bedroom and the two twin bedrooms also have a bath tub and a further king bedroom has an indoor as well as an outdoor shower.

A highly professional team is on hand to look after you and comprises a butler, chef, two housekeepers, laundress and two gardeners.

Bedroom Details

 The bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans, flat screen TVs and telephones.

 Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom and individual private furnished terrace overlooking the garden, with views to the sea.

TRYALL CLUB TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE:

 Tryall is a private club whose members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of golf, food and beverage, and spa services. Complimentary amenities include the beach, water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager’s Cocktail Party and various special events.

 The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via Temporary Membership Dues of US$130 per person, per week for each guest 16 or older, or US$26 per person, per day for stays of less than 7 days.

 Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Dues locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.

 Tryall Club Front Desk will set up a charge account for you during your stay. If you plan to pay for your charge account in cash at the end of your stay, they will request a cash deposit. If you plan to pay for your charge account with a credit card, they will place a hold on your card to cover this amount (recommended hold amount is US$150 per adult per day).

 Crib rentals are $11 per day

 Tryall Club charges for early check-in (before 3pm) and late check-out (after 12 noon)
