About the property

Here, once you pass through the gates, you enter into an island of verdant beauty and calm. All about are specimen trees, many that flower and many whose branches are laden with fruit. Jewel-hued flowers bob to and fro in the gentle breeze; the deep blue of the ocean lies below to the fore and to the right and rear, hills clad with velvet green tumble up and down.

Surrounded by this arcadia is the main house with a separate guest cottage to the right. Built on one level and approached on the ocean facing side by a stone Venetian staircase or on the other side through two grand solid wood doors,  encapsulating the spirit of the natural beauty in its interior design with polished wood floors and soft neutral shades punctuated with blue, green and coral. You enter into the large, lofty sitting room which has a dining area to one side of the room and on the other side, through a connecting doorway, a media room. Outside is a lovely brick terrace shaded buy a row of mature trees, their sculptural trunks bearing shady branches that cast a particularly soft light over the area. Down to the right is a heated swimming pool and deck with chic white umbrellas bordered with nautical navy blue. Here you can observe the sea or lie back and quietly contemplate the play of light on the garden lawns and hillsides or retreat to the hammock and allow the wind to gently rock you.

There are two bedrooms in the main house, both with views of the sea and those bewitching gardens. The blue-hued master bedroom has a king-size bed and the guest bedroom has twin beds which can be configured as a king. The en suite bathrooms to both bedrooms have walk-in showers and separate bath tubs. The exceptionally pretty guest cottage has two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, one with a king-size bed and the other with twin beds which can be joined together. Both are light, airy and quintessentially Jamaican with extensive use of white and vibrant splashes of color in cushions and the paintings that adorn the walls.

You will be well cared for by a butler, cook, housekeeper, laundress and two gardeners.

 Bedrooms 1 - Master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed

 Bedroom 2 - Second guestroom is located in the main villa and has two twin beds

 Bedrooms 3 & 4 - Located in the private cottage adjacent to the swimming pool. These bedrooms have two twin beds each

 All bedroon have cable television, air conditioning and en-suite bathrooms

TRYALL CLUB TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE:

 Tryall is a private club whose members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of golf, food and beverage, and spa services. Complimentary amenities include the beach, water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager’s Cocktail Party and various special events.

 The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via Temporary Membership Dues of US$130 per person, per week for each guest 16 or older, or US$26 per person, per day for stays of less than 7 days.

 Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Dues locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.

 Tryall Club Front Desk will set up a charge account for you during your stay. If you plan to pay for your charge account in cash at the end of your stay, they will request a cash deposit. If you plan to pay for your charge account with a credit card, they will place a hold on your card to cover this amount (recommended hold amount is US$150 per adult per day).

 Crib rentals are $11 per day

 Tryall Club charges for early check-in (before 3pm) and late check-out (after 12 noon)
