About the property

6-bedroom villa located on Sandy Lane Beach within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. Set within a tropical garden, this villa is situated at the northern end of the beach and commands a view of the entire bay.

The house, built mostly of local coral stone, has a large open-plan living area and a separate dining pagoda. A second dining area with 2 tables and umbrellas is located on the terrace. Both areas comfortably seat up to 8 guests.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with shower. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a bidet, tub, shower, and separate outdoor shower. The other 2 bedrooms on the ground level have twin beds in each room and views of the bay. The upstairs master bedroom has a king-size bed, sitting area, and TV.

The separate cottage houses 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom. The cottage also features a living area and dining room on the upstairs veranda, which overlooks the landscaped grounds. A small kitchen complements the cottage.

Loungers line a private area adjacent to the beach. The house also comes with a barbecue, cable TV, fax machine, high-speed Internet, and WiFi. The Sandy Lane tennis courts are available next door. This villa requires a $1,000 security deposit.

This villa comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
