5-bedroom villa located in Reeds Bay within steps of the beach and minutes from shopping. This villa on the west coast enjoys a breathtaking view of the ocean.

Royal palms set in a tropical garden adorn the entrance. The interior features cool marble floors, a blend of harmonious colors, and comfortable furnishings. The formal living room is furnished with cushioned sofas, while the outdoor living area on the covered terrace has Rattan sofas and chairs.

The formal dining room offers seating for up to 10 guests. A second dining area is located underneath the gazebo. The game room offers a billiards table next to the well-equipped fitness area.

Each air-conditioned bedroom has a 4-poster king-size bed, cable TV, an ensuite bathroom with a large bathtub and separate shower, and a private balcony overlooking the ocean, tropical gardens, and pool.

A deck with beach chairs and loungers frame the kidney-shaped free-form pool, which has a waterfall feature. A shaded lawn with loungers is located adjacent to the pool area. The house also comes with a barbecue, high-speed Internet, and WiFi. This rental requires a $1,000 security deposit.

Comes with house cleaning services. During the Thanksgiving and December holidays, the villa rents at full occupancy rates regardless of how many bedrooms are used.
