Antigua and Barbuda Villa 1282

Villa 1282 is a beautifully designed modern villa located above Falmouth Harbor with magnificent wrap around panoramic views of Falmouth and English Harbor, The Yachting Capital of the Caribbean. Villa 1282 was recently refurbished and remodelled in a Caribbean/Ibiza Farmhouse style and boasts over 11,000 square feet of private indoor and outdoor space. Magnificent sunsets to the west as well as cooling tradewinds from the east.

Villa 1282 is located above Falmouth Harbor in the South of Antigua, a few minutes drive from a wide range of beaches, restaurants, bars, marinas and natural and historical attractions. Both Pigeon and Galleon Beaches are also within a 5 minute drive. The Capital City, St John’s and the VC Bird International Airport are a half hour drive to the north of the island.

This spacious villa offers tremendous outdoor living spaces with huge wrap around terraces throughout featuring superb dining and lounge areas, a large infinity edged pool with swim jets and a jacuzzi, a fully equipped outdoor kitchen, day beds and in the lower floor a gym, spa and infra red sauna. Indoors there is a large central living lounge room, TV snug, library, kitchen and dining area.

Services

• Housekeeping staff will be available for pre-arranged periods during your stay and in case of any issues or advice the management team are available, if required, 24/7. Maid service details and frequency of service TBC, They may be happy to work any extra hours you may require outside those hours at a rate of EC25 per hour. If they are reluctant to do so, inform the management and an we will attempt to source an alternate cleaner
• A concierge service (food shopping/personal services, etc) is available upon request. This will becharged at 35 US$ per hour and payable to the onsite managers at the time of service.
• The pool will be cleaned when required by our onsite staff or by use of the provided nets. If itrequires deep cleaning please inform the management team or one of the onsite staff. We strongly insist that you do not dive into the pool

• There are a huge range of activities and adventures to be had both very near to the villa and throughout Antigua and Barbuda.
• Within a five minute drive of Villa 1282 there are many great restaurants from chic lively beachfront restaurants such as Catherines sur Plage on Pigeon Point Beach and the Loose Cannon  on Galleon Beach to intimate romantic French hideaways such as Colibi.
• Within the harbor there is deep sea fishing, scuba diving, tennis and pickleball, as and cultural and historical tours at Nelsons Dockyard and Clarence house.
• Further afield we can arrange dining at Nobu in Barbuda
• Swimming with the Stingrays at Stingray City
• Soaring through the trees in the Rainforest Zip line.

Security deposit: USD $2,500 to be retained for 7 nights after departure and only released once no damage confirmed
