This five suite villa estate is truly blessed with opulent luxury and a sublime location.

Located on the South-Western tip of the ‘Bukit’ the tropical landscaped villa is set back approximately 45 metres from the dramatic cliff front. This four suite west facing estate provides a front-row seat to the aqua-marine Indian ocean and stunning sunsets. White sand beaches with a treasure-trove of marine life and spectacular coral. Perched directly above one of the world’s most famous surf beaches – Uluwatu – it is not uncommon to have a number of world-class surfers enjoying shredding picture-perfect waves.

The Villa is one of the first private villas in Bali to observe strict environmental standards to reduce our carbon footprint. These initiatives include:

Bedrooms

• Ocean Villa Master  : 1 bedroom + 1 Study/ Lounge Area + extensive bathroom, if configured for a couple: a private study/ lounge area and master bedroom with a massive bathroom, extensive private balcony and plunge pool/ jacuzzi. If rented by a family, the private study can be converted into a two-bed children’s room.
• Ocean Villa Family : 2 separate rooms + extensive bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. If hired by a couple the second room becomes a ocean front living area. If rented by a family, it is converted into a two-bed children’s room with private bathroom.
• Ocean Villa Garden of Eden: 1 room + extensive bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Located on the first floor, this suite boasts a beautiful bedroom with separate bathroom facilities. Accommodating two adults, it includes a private plunge pool, gardens and sundeck area.
• Ocean Villa Secret Garden : 1 room + extensive bathroom with indoor and outdoor shower. Located on the ground floor, this suite boasts a beautiful bedroom with separate bathroom facilities. Accommodating two adults, it includes a private plunge pool, gardens and sundeck area.
• Ocean Villa Private Deck : 1 Room and extensive bathroom located on the ground floor. This suite accommodates two adults and includes a private deck area with direct and obstructed ocean view.

The villa is family friendly with Extensive facilities with dedicated Playroom for young children and Playstation and Games room for older children on the Ground floor. Babysitting services are available under request.

Four on the property –main pool is 25M x 4M plus three plunge pools
Main pool with underwater sound system, water-jets and computer controlled multi-colored light system for night.

Food and Beverage in the villa:

We have some special lunch and dinner menus on offer, which require a day’s notice for the chef in order for him to make arrangements. Keep in mind that while the villa’s facilities and staff capabilities are of the highest quality, the villa’s kitchen cannot maintain the same inventory as a large restaurant. Therefore, our friendly staff will liaise with you to go through options on a daily basis. Dinner parties and functions can all be catered to – please ask the chef or manager for more details at any time of the day, whether you are requesting breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks.

For your convenience, as with all charges, food & beverage charges will be billed to your final account and payable in total upon checkout.

If you have a large group it is advisable that the group dines on the same dish or that you order several dishes to be shared. Please allow at least one day’s notice, and feel free to discuss any requirements with the chef or villa manager.

The villa has a stock of soft drinks, beers, spirits, wines and champagnes. All beverages are charged per drink that you order, except for wine which is charged per bottle. We always strive to make you happy so if you require a rare bottle of wine or a particular beverage our butler will accommodate your needs. As much notice as possible is appreciated. Any special items that need to be purchased separately will be billed to you at cost plus 30%.

Should you have a request for a dish not on the menu, or a special dietary requirement, please feel free to ask the chef, who will strive to comply with all of your wishes. Special items that need to be purchased and billed to you at cost plus 30% (the villa team will present receipts as proof of purchase and add the total of cost + 30% to your final bill).
