The design, by famous Architect, is contemporary modern with particular attention given to air circulation, ensuring that even on the hottest days, a warm breeze seems to be blowing at all times. The open design has the effect of bringing the lush gardens right into the living spaces while at the same time providing ample protection from the sun.

Villa 3081, five bedroom luxury villa and facilities ensure all guests' needs are fully pampered. The beautifully laid out 25-meter infinity pool, the Bale covering the end of the pool, which offers a shady area for the kids to frolic safely, the Media room with 55 inch flat screen TV and PS3 Console, Studio/Activity Centre, an Elliptical Trainer and light weights. A very family friendly villa! The lower garden area is perfect for badminton, kicking a ball or playing tag. Adults haven't been forgotten either, as full body massage can be catered to at the Villa. Or sunset cocktails withstunning views from the Studio and Deck area on top of the Master Suite.

Your adventure into the villa begins as you pass the water fountain, approach the lily ponds, proceed up the steps to the 4 metre tall copper and brass doors and are greeted by not only the smiling staff but a collection of Balinese and Indonesian art that adorns this 35 metre hall of beautifully laid stonework which is enhanced by the gardens attempting to invade this special space. Turn right and step into the Foyer.

Living area
Upon entering the Foyer and Living Room, one almost misses the wonderfully laid out area as you can hear an audible gasp as guests gain their first look at the open view expanding the entire 20 metre width of the Living and Dining Rooms to the gardens and ocean beyond. The custom made contemporary furniture forms the centre of an area that will quickly become the hub of all social activity along with the bar area of course, or maybe the Pool area too!

Dining area

With three distinctly unique areas to enjoy our Chef's delicious cuisine, guests are spoilt for choice. The formal dining area, the garden and pool outdoor dining or the lower garden means you can have a different experience every night.

Media Room

Super comfy area for all to kick back, watch movies or international cable tv, to play with the PS3 game console or watch the news. Has a vast collection of DVD's, including children movies, TV series and a host of other movies. Our staff is ready with a selection of snacks from our menu too. Shut the doors, turn down the lights, turn up the air-conditioning and chill!

Studio

This secret and secluded area located on top of the Master Suite can be accessed directly from the Suite or from the Korean Garden. Lounge in the antique daybed, read a book or use the Elliptical Trainer. Better still, go out on the massive deck and suntan, watch the sunset, have a party or gaze at the stars through the telescope. This is truly a wondrous place to view the ocean to the south or the farmland and sunrise to the east and feel those tropical breezes.

Bale

Enjoy the shallow, shady end of the enormous pool, lounge on the sofas, and listen to the soothing melodies that float out from the roofs speakers. What to do; chat, read, snooze or swim, spoilt for choice once again in this very exceptional part of the villa.

Accommodation

Master Suite

An oasis of calm in this paradise of a villa experience, the spectacular Suite area is over 180 sq metres. With a luxurious bedroom overlooking the 35m2 Master Pool and the huge bathroom area including an indoor/outdoor shower, some guests might never leave this elegant area. Or try the outdoor bathtub floating in a secluded lily pond, Champagne, Spa. A massive walk in closet and room safe ensures all is comfortable and secure. Sneak upstairs to the Studio as a whole new experience awaits in this unreal area.

The Suites

one - With gorgeous views to the infinity pool and ocean, this may not be the largest suite at 45 sq metres but it is truly special and has become a favourite of many a guest. The extremely comfortable Queen size bed sends you into never, never land in no time at all. A private ensuite bathroom and very private walk-in closet and make-up table complete this room.

two - This 60m2 Suite with a 12 metre long sundeck has wonderful views to the farmland to the east along with gorgeous sunrises. Beautifully appointed with a Queen-size bed, a Day bed for sleeping or just lounging while looking at the view, this room comfortably sleeps 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. It is also so spacious that a rollaway can also be set-up if required. The ensuite bathroom allows guests to soak in the tub taking in the wild view of the jungle, while the separate shower area affords the same views to the east. An elegant make-up table in the well-appointed walk-in closet area allows the necessary space required for getting your day off to a great start.

three - Down the marble staircase, past more art, this special Suite is also 60m2, with a King-size bed and has its own large wooden deck along with a very private garden and even a 4 metre water feature spilling into a pond in front of the bedroom. With its own day bed and ensuite, the same as the Jasmine Suite, guests feel very secluded in this very quiet area. A work desk and make-up tables in the huge walk-in closet complete this suite experience.

four - A beautifully secluded twin bed suite with its own private ensuite bathroom. The suite has a wonderful view to the lower garden, waterfall and villa temple. It also has a small wading pool for the kids and immediate access to the garden.

Golfers are spoilt for choice with 3 amazing courses within 15 minute, one is only 5 minutes away. Surfers and beach lovers are also catered to with Pandawa Beach (Secret beach) directly below the property. A world class surf break is located here as well as the famous Geger, Dreamland, Pandang Padang , Suluban Beaches which are only 10-15 minutes' drive away.
