Villa Layout

• The living room is a beautiful example of modern tropical décor. Natural materials and an earthy colour palette mimic the tones and textures of the tropics, while the checkered floors and streamlined furniture add a contemporary polish
• The dining area is separated from the lounge area by an elegant partition. The round dining table has an appealing vintage feel to it which is beautifully juxtaposed by six contemporary dining chairs
• Both the living room and the dining area, you can leave the glass doors open to enjoy the tropical ambiance or close them to cool off with the AC
• There’s another fabulous place to dine out on the terrace where you’ll find a long dining table surrounded by eight chairs.
• The villa’s fully equipped kitchen is tucked to the back of the dining room with the option to separate the two spaces with folding doors.
• Garden, set on a sloping plot of land, the Ubari cascades down to a fabulous lagoon pool that’s surrounded by tropical greenery
