Villa Layout

• A contemporary-styled estate of over 1600 m2 located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of Seminyak, a short walk from the excitement, entertainment and beaches of Seminyak.
• The exclusive and private estate comprises three buildings totaling 800 m2 of living space – the Main Pavilion, the Bedroom Pavilion, and the Pool Pavilion – located around a stunning pool area and tropical gardens exclusively for guests’ use.
• The Main Pavilion is an open-air building with a 6 metre wood beamed ceiling that serves as a canopy to a dramatic entrance hallway and water feature, an expansive living room, guest bathroom and internal dining area. Housed off the dining area is a fully equipped, state of the art kitchen.
• An adjoining outside area in the gardens contains a spacious 22 seat covered dining table (a table extension and extra chairs can be added) where the whole guest group can enjoy dining ‘al fresco’ altogether.
• There is an additional raised entertaining area also attached to the Main Pavilion.
• The Bedroom Pavilion consists of 6 large bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom which open onto the 25m x 4m stone-lined swimming pool and lush tropical gardens.
• The Pool Pavilion consists of 2 bedrooms which opens onto the teak deck, pool, and garden.
• The gardens are designed for sophisticated indoor and outdoor entertaining. The 25m x 4m stone-lined pool is a stunning feature and plays a central role in the estate.
• The pool also allows a beautiful view of the sun-kissed tropical gardens from its cooling waters. Off to one side is a large, raised gazebo which, along with the many sun loungers, provide ample places and quiet spots for holiday relaxation or evening cocktails as you watch the sun go down.
• The gardens are an idyllic, peaceful and inspiring setting with the forest view by the pool being described by one guest as ‘ more like being in Ubud than in Seminyak’!

Bedrooms

• The beautiful villa 3974 offers 11 luxurious bedroom suites with flexible accommodation consisting of: 8 x king size double bedrooms and 3 x twin size bedrooms each containing 2 large single beds which can also be made up as a king size double bed
• Each of the 11 luxurious bedroom suites benefit from air conditioning, chic-designed furniture, en-suite marble bathroom and shower.
• There are 3 king size bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms in the Main Pavilion as you enter the estate.
• In the centre of the estate by the pool, the Bedroom Pavilion contains 6 ensuite bedrooms with 4 king bedrooms and 2 twins each of 2 x single beds.
• A further 2 bedrooms (1 king and 1 twin of 2 x single beds) are interconnected by a lockable door and located in the Pool Pavilion on the far side of the estate and share an ensuite bathroom, ideal for young families.
