Villa 3610  was designed in 2008 as one of Bali’s perfectly idlyic getaways for total relaxation – escaping the rigours of today’s modern city life.  This truly magnificent villa is located in the heart of Seminyak called Petitenget on Bali’s southwest coast. The villa has a large land area of 800 sqm and floor space of 500 sqm. Highlights of the villa include a large infinity swimming pool, a fully equipped TV/home theatre room, open air living room with sunken sofa, a floating garden designed as a beautiful sunbathing area, a Balinese ‘bale’, a  jacuzzi, a modern state-of-the-art kitchen, a  special area for staff and a large car parking area.

An underground area houses a wine cellar, a pump room, full back-up power generator, central electricity stabilizer and a storage room.  All four bedrooms are individually decorated, air conditioned, equipped with flat screen TV and sound systems, have their own terrace or deck, and en suite outdoor and indoor bathroom.
