• A large Buddha statue greets guests outside the main living area. Cooled by gentle breezes and ceiling fans, the sizeable open-air living and dining room has been designed to maximise the garden and pool frontage and incorporates different areas for different functions.
• The floor, interior wall, staircase façade and wide pillars are constructed entirely of smooth Palimanan stone.
• The space is stylishly furnished with minimalist cream-cushioned lounges and a large dining table with bench seats, following the clean linear form of the architecture.
• There is a wide flat-screen TV, DVD, Internet Broadband connection, and high quality audio system for the convenience and entertainment of the guests, and there is also a toilet and washroom, complete with fitted cupboards.
• The living and dining area spills out onto the pool terrace with the extension of the Palimanan floor. Attractive wooden sunloungers line the terrace, which is bordered by palm trees.
• Kitchen, A fully equipped, open-plan, full service kitchen is located at one side of the living and dining area.
• Bar, The kitchen is flanked by a built-in L-shaped bar, equipped with wine rack, cupboards, sink, microwave and toaster.
